PORT OF PALM BEACH CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL
The Port Of Palm Beach is a deep
water port located in Riviera
Beach, Florida. It is within sight of Palm Beach ("The
Island.") Several small
container ships use the cargo
facilities. The port also has a stylish cruise ship terminal that
can accommodate small to medium size
cruise ships.
The Palm Beach Princess is the terminal's most visible
tenant. Some cruise ships make an occasional stop at the
terminal. However, the Port Of Palm Beach has yet to become a
major cruise ship stop. Ports in Fort Lauderdale and Miami get
most of the South Florida cruise ship business.
Note:
This page contains several high resolution, large size
photographs. As such this
these
pictures may take extra time to download, especially with a dial-up
internet connection. If some pictures are

Cruise ship parking
is located about a block away from the Port
Of Palm Beach Cruise Ship Terminal.
RIVIERA BEACH VISITOR
ALERT: Other tourist areas in Riviera Beach, Florida have
been the subject of parking
enforcement complaints. Poorly marked parking regulations
and zealous writing of parking tickets have upset Riviera Beach
tourists.
Tourists visiting the Palm Beach Princess are advised to use the cruise line's designated parking
rather than risk questionable parking citations from Riviera Beach.
There is a fee to park.
Parking fees are collected by an
attendant in a small toll shelter.
This picture shows the parking
lot, toll booth, nearby ships and the cruise ship terminal.
A shuttle runs regularly
between the parking lot and the cruise ship
terminal. If you choose to walk, the ground is flat. It
takes just a couple of minutes to walk to the terminal.

building. Note architecture features that suggest ship
sails and
smokestacks.
Once inside the terminal you'll take an escalator up to the main
check in area. The Palm Beach Princess has several
customer service
counters. Check in and buy your
tickets at one of these counters.
After purchasing your ticket, you will pass a cruise ship photographer. The
photographer will take your picture. The photos will be printed
and you
can buy them later as a souvenir.
Past the photographer, you will go through a security screening
similar to that at airports (metal detector, package X-ray machine,
etc.)
After clearing security, the Palm
Beach Princess will be waiting for
you at the dock.
It's time to board the Palm Beach Princess and explore. Click here to continue our virtual tour with a
peek inside the ship.
